Chef Rissa Miller - founder of Rome Retreats - has over 20 years of professional cooking and restaurant experience, and takes pride in all food being the highest quality, balanced, beautiful, fresh, and flavorful. Rissa designs menus from traditional Italian to creative and contemporary, as well as for health and healing.
